Emma manages a print
programme and print studios (intaglio and screenprint) at the Bluecoat,
also teaching freelance for other print studios across the North
West.
Details of the programmes
at the Bluecoat (Liverpool), Wrexham Regional Print Centre and Hot Bed Press in
Manchester can be reached through the links page.
For the past couple
of months Emma
has been collaborating with Tracy Griffin Hill and the University of Central
Lancaster on a particular research project. The project asks:
what are the best possible alternatives to the traditional rosin aquatint for use in
a community based print studio?
For the mind
map Emma and Tracy drew up at the start of the project click here.
There is more detail on Tracy's website, which can be reached through the
links page. Results from this research will be published on the net this year (2010).
